All orders are dispatched by secure overnight courier in FOUR working days.
You will receive an email notice of dispatch on the evening that the order leaves us followed by a SMS text message* on the morning of delivery advising you of a one hour delivery window.
If on the morning of delivery you find it is inconvenient you still have an option to rearrange the day of delivery by responding to the text. Simply follow the instructions to rearrange the delivery day to a more convenient one.

All deliveries are made by guaranteed overnight delivery and are shipped
Monday to Friday. We will NOT normally
deliver on a Saturday therefore items sent on a Friday will be delivered on a
Monday unless you specifically request a Saturday delivery. There is an
additional charge for this service.

ALWAYS STATE YOUR PRESENTATION DATE.
1. Please state your ACTUAL presentation date during the checkout process. We
have never knowingly missed a presentation in 30 years of trading and continue to strive
for that unbroken record.
2. You will receive e-mail notification on the day of dispatch and a tracking
link to allow you to track your delivery on-line.
3. Our delivery driver will require a signed receipt in all cases. Delivery
takes place on the working day following dispatch. If no one will be available
to receive the parcel you should consider using a business address. If no one
is in when the parcel is delivered the courier will leave a card with
instructions for collection or re-delivery.
