We are a full service trophy and engraving Company with complete in house production facilities. We specialise in supplying major leagues and have long standing relationships with customers throughout the UK.

Making A Purchase
Making an online purchase is now even simpler. Browse our 9,000 'in-stock' products using the NARROW SEARCH options to create a range that fulfills your personal taste and budget. Using the unique FLOATING add to cart button enter the quantity of the items you require and obtain a INSTANT DYNAMIC QUOTATION. choose the item you wish to buy, press the ADD ENGRAVING button giving us your engraving instructions and add the item(s) into the shopping cart.

You can buy a number of items on one page and add the entire page to the shopping cart. For example if you wish to buy two sizes of the same trophy for a WINNER and RUNNER-UP just add the quantities and engraving instructions then use the ADD TO CART at the bottom of the page.

After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all major cards except American Express via our secure link (SSL). You will see the golden padlock at the checkout pages.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.

We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery - Please select service required
All orders are shipped with an overnight carrier. A signature is required in all cases. If you do not think that you will be available to sign for the item we suggest that you nominate a business address.

We will e-mail you on the day your goods are dispatched. You may track the progress of the delivery on-line. (Details will be included in your e-mail). If you include a mobile telephone number you will also receive a SMS Text notification of the morning of delivery giving you an estimated delivery time within a one hour window.

Delivery Schedule
We will always deliver your order in accordance with your instructions and include a PRESENTATION DATE as a required field. 

If you have any special instructions you should include them in the "additional carriage information" box during the checkout procedure.

If no required date is stated we will normally deliver within 5 working days.


Back Orders
We never hold back orders. If the product that you have ordered is temporarily out of stock we will offer you an alternative.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added at the relevant rate. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
Our systems are audited by Lloyds Cardnet PCI DSS Compliance Management Service to ensure that our Company and this website remain compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. (PCI DSS).

Your card is authorised via a SagePay secure link and at no time are your details available to anyone outside of the SagePay/Cardnet systems. In particular no one at Tower Trophies Limited has access to these details.

For your added protection our Bankers check and authorise your payment card at the time of placing your order but NO PAYMENT is taken at this time. Please check our RISK FREE GUARANTEE for more details of how this works.


Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Your order is carefully checked before dispatch and securely packed. If any item arrives damaged we will replace it as quickly as humanly possible. You should telephone us the moment you discover any damage. Please be aware that engraved or specially created products may not be returned so you should take care when making your selection

If you have any doubt about your purchase when purchasing multiple quantities of one item we recommend that you take advantage of our unique sample service. All samples are charged in the normal way.

Tower Trophies do not disclose buyers' information to third parties and you will only receive correspondence from us.
