All deliveries are made by guaranteed overnight delivery and are shipped Monday to Friday. We will NOT normally deliver on a Saturday therefore items sent on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday unless you specifically request a Saturday delivery.

ALWAYS STATE YOUR PRESENTATION DATE.
1. All product on our website is extensively stocked in our warehouse.
2. Final personalisation is completed quickly and delivery to your home, club or presentation venue is made by our own transport or overnight carriers in accordance with your instructions.
3. Large orders can be pre-booked and stored at our secure warehouse pending your requirements. Collections from our works can be made, by prior arrangement, during normal opening hours.
4. Please state your ACTUAL presentation date during the checkout process. We have never missed a presentation in 30 years of trading and continue to strive for that unbroken record.
5. You will receive e-mail notification on the day of dispatch and a tracking link to allow you to track your delivery on-line.
6. Our delivery driver will require a signed receipt in all cases. Delivery takes place between 9am and 3pm on the working day following dispatch. If no one will be available to receive the parcel you should consider using a business address. If no one is in when the parcel is delivered the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection or re-delivery.
