We want you to be as confident of the quality of our product and engraving as we are so we do not take any payment from you until you have received and checked your order.
How does this work?
You place your order in the normal way including processing your credit card through or secure server. Your details are captured via a secure link.
Your card is checked but NOT charged AT THIS TIME.
Your order is processed and dispatched to you in accordance with your chosen delivery schedule.
You receive and sign for your order by 3pm the day after dispatch.
You check your order during the following 24 hours. If you are unhappy with anything call our Freefone customer service on 0800 374 594
If you are delighted with your purchase you do not have to do anything we will take payment from your card 24hours after you have received the goods
Simple terms that apply to this offer.
1. Minimum order £25
2. Maximum order £100
3. Orders over £100 please open an account.
4. Delivery must be to the cardholders registered address.
5. As long as you pay within our terms there are no charges however default charges apply if insufficient funds are available on your card. Please see below.
Default charges and conditions
1. If your card is declined we will charge you a £10 administration fee to cover our costs.
2. We will email you on the day that your card is declined to give you the opportunity to make an alternative payment arrangement.
3. We will attempt to charge a card on up to three consecutive days and make a £10 charge on each occasion.
4. If payment is still outstanding we will pass your account to a debt collector who will charge £75
