The awards are grouped into 3 main ranges.

In addition to these 3 sections we have included a TOWER LITE section which "cherry picks" trophies from all 3 sections. We choose awards that we think are particularly good models or great value for money. You will often, but not always, find the best prices here.

NARROWING YOUR SELECTION

Each collection is sub divided into relevant groups. For instance: Medals, Silver Salvers etc as well as groups of specific sports. Football, Golf, table Tennis etc.

WHERE TO START?

We recommend that you START AT TOWER LITE because the 7,000 products are narrowed to a few hundred. Often you will see one or two items shown as star buys, in a range of say seven sizes, with the rest of the range ‘greyed out’. VIEWING BY COLLECTION

If you wish to browse bigger ranges, say SPECIFICALLY FOOTBALL, you should click on the collection icon [the picture of the brochure] and navigate to [Football Trophies icon] and repeat this process with each collection.

COMPARING OUR BROCHURES TO THE SITE

We guarantee the lowest price on the web by keeping our overheads low and our efficiency and customer service high. For this reason we do not send free brochures through the post, they can, however, be collected from the showroom or you can get copies of all of the brochures by ordering our TrophyShop in a bag. We charge £9.99 for this resource including free delivery and include a £10 discount code refundable against a purchase of £50 or more. Effectively free to serious buyers.
Many of these brochures are available from retail outlets so you may be able to pick up free brochures locally.
The brochure price shows Manufacturers Recommended Retail Price excluding personalisation our web site shows an all inclusive price.

QUICK SEARCH USING A BROCHURE

If you are working from a brochure you can navigate direct to the product by using quick search. For example the first trophy shown in the CHAMPIONS 2009 collection is reference 03/200A
By entering just the reference into the QUICK SEARCH box on the left hand menu you will jump direct to the 03/200A link. Clicking the link will show you the item you are looking for and other sizes in that style.

ENTERING PERSONALISATION DETAILS AND ADDING YOUR ORDER TO THE CART in 3 STEPS

Our site is uniquely laid out following 30 years of gathering order information from customers. We assume that in many case you will choose more than one size of an award for each competition. For example; Division One Winners will have one style of trophy and Division One Runners-Up a smaller size of the same trophy.

i.e.
03/200A 4.25” Division One Winners
03/200B 4” Division One Runners-Up

You can choose both of these items, enter the personalisation instructions and add them to cart in one go.

Here’s how:-
Choose the trophy style you want: (We’ve chosen 03/200A) you will see that this trophy is available in 3 sizes with all sizes shown on the page at the same time.

STEP ONE - Add quantity
If you wish to buy SIX of the largest and SIX of the next size down simply enter 6 into the quantity box of the two sizes you want.
In this example you also have to choose a suitable emblem, to add to the award, from the drop down list.

STEP TWO - Add personalisation
Below each item you will see a Click to Personalise button. Click on this button and a box will drop down allowing you to enter up to 90 characters and spaces over 3 lines. Enter your required personalisation.

Tip: You can use CUT and PASTE to copy repeated text lines. If you are adding lots of different text (maybe an individual name on lots of trophies) take a look at our PERSONALISATION TIPS section.

STEP THREE - Add TO CART
At the bottom of the page you will see the ADD TO CART button. When you are happy with both the quantity that you have entered and the personalisation instructions you should click the ADD TO CART button and add both sets of personalised trophies in ONE GO. You can change quantities in the cart if you need to.

NB. You cannot change personalisation instructions in the cart, at present, so you should take care with personalisation. If you need to change personalisation you will have to REMOVE the item and start over!

CHECKING YOUR CART

Your cart will show you pictures of the items that you have chosen, the personalisation instructions, quantity and price included in the cart section of the site. You can review your entire order here and add and remove items.

USING ADVANCED SEARCH

Advanced search by KEYWORD
You can use the Advance search to find specific items where you do not know the reference.
For example: enter SALVER as a keyword and you will find all Presentation trays and salvers.

Advanced search by PRICE
By using the drop down box you can find all trophies within a price range.
For example: £4.01 to £6

Advanced search by PRICE and SECTION
By choosing both the price range (say £4.01-£6) and the SECTION search (say Awards for Champions 2009 Football) you will find all football trophies within the Awards for Champions 2009 brochure that has a retail price between £4.01 and £6.

You can use the searches together to refine your search.
For example KEYWORD Salver PRICE £6.01 - £7.50 will return all salvers in the price range £6.01 to £7.50
