I just had to email and say thank for such a wonderful service. I ordered an engraved key ring for my boyfriend yesterday before 10am and I've just had a call to say he's received it at work and he loves it. I haven't seen it yet but he's so chuffed with it, I can imagine it looks lovely!
But I just had to write and say thank you for the super fast service!! I haven't used you before and stumbled across your website through Google and I can be quite sceptical when it comes to using online companies, but this was amazing! And I was comforted by the fact that if anything had gone wrong, there were phone numbers and addresses I could use to contact you with.
I have some important birthdays and events coming up over the next year (christenings, 60th's etc.) and I have been thinking about some different gift ideas for a while now. Now I know how quick and efficient you guys are, I will be back for some more items in the future, as I have seen some lovely ones on the website!

Just to say that we were very impressed with the service we received. The trophies were all extremely popular with all the winners and the American Footballer in the centre of the reef was a very nice touch.
I was also impressed with the speed of the turn around from first order to delivery. However, my only negative comment would be on the company who were delivering the trophies. I was told that they would arrive between 1.23pm and 2.23 pm but they didn't arrive until about 8pm.
Thanks again, I shall recommend you the organiser of next years event as both your service and prices were far superior than what we have used before (we saved over £100 using you).
