"I launched Tower Trophies in 1976 when I was just a teenager. Over the years Tower Trophies has evolved from a local business manufacturing just for the trade to become one of the largest specialist trophy retailers in the Country.

The business remains independent and is wholly owned by Tower Trophies Limited and based at Blackminster Business Park, Evesham in Worcestershire. I am delighted to be working with a newly strengthened Management Team to meet the challenges of the internet and the ensuing decade. Stephanie Wilks, Company Director with responsibility for Corporate Governance, Julian Ridgers JP, CEO, whose wealth of PLC experience will bring a level of improved financial control to our rapidly expanding business and position me, Lionel Wright, firmly at the front of the customer experience so that we can continue to deliver on our service aim 'Right first time, every time.'

Throughout the past 30 years we have striven to offer the best possible quality and the best possible prices in everything that we've done. To this end we've developed a considerable engraving and manufacturing facility in the heart of the country which regularly supplies major sporting leagues and Companies throughout the UK.

After almost 35 years in Evesham town Tower Trophies is now trading from Black Minster Business Park in customised premises with full manufacturing and engraving works and a stunning showroom of over 1500 square feet which allows us to continue the proud claim that we are Britain's Biggest Trophy Store. Thousands of presentation items adorn the shelves and allows you access to, what I think is the finest collection of presentation gifts, crystal, and trophies under one roof!

Tower Trophies opened it'sr first web site in 1996 to support existing customers and partners around the Country. Since that time I've monitored dozens of trophy sites that offer the earth including many that, presumably, have no 'bricks and mortar' operation and who assume that creating a great presentation night is as simple as taking an order. Not so I'm afraid. As lots of Clubs and Associations have discovered to their annoyance. At Tower we've picked up quite a few panic jobs from Clubs who's first internet experience has not been the best and, where we could, pulled out all the stops to get them out of trouble.

Presentation Night is one of the most important dates in most clubs diaries and, in three decades, we've built on a reputation of total reliability. To maintain this record I was certain that we had to make sure that everything was in place before we launched a 'total internet' service. You are experiencing it here. How can we sell our trophies for less? By ordering your trophies online, giving us your engraving instructions at the time and entering a payment card that allows us to collect payment as soon as we've dispatched the order you will be helping to make the ordering process more efficient and reduce our overhead considerably. Likewise, where you are buying multiples of the same trophies, as many of our major leagues do, we can produce the order more cost effectively. So, you do a little of the work and we'll pass the saving back to you. I believe that we offer the best prices in UK but just in case I'm wrong we've added a button to let you monitor our competitors and ask us to drop our price.

Price is very important in a commercial world but not, in my opinion, to the detriment of quality, reliability and service. I am confident that you will find a refreshing mix of all of these elements when you choose to become our customer.

Every item on the site can be seen in the flesh in our Blackminster showroom. The entire range is heavily stocked and held at the warehouse for final personalisation and onward delivery to you in a time scale that suits you best. Some will need it tomorrow and others on an exact day next month-be assured that if we take your order we won't let you down.
